What is included in the session price?
Each package includes studio time, professional lighting setup, and a set number of edited digital images. Additional edits, extra products, or extended session time can be added for a set fee, discussed before booking.
Do you require a deposit to book a session?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot or upon delivery of final edited images, depending on the package selected.
Can I upgrade my package after booking?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package before or during your session, subject to availability. Any price difference will be calculated and added to your final invoice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile wallet payments. Invoices are provided for all commercial bookings, and payment terms can be discussed for larger product photography projects.
Is there a cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no extra charge. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a partial loss of the deposit, as studio time is reserved specifically for your booking.
Do prices differ for product photography versus portraits?
Base package prices are the same, but product photography with multiple items or special setups may fall into a higher tier depending on the number of products and editing required. We provide a specific quote after discussing your project details.
